Customer drawings are examined by experienced engineers and toolmakers to determine the specific tools and fixtures required for the machining process. We save time and reduce costs by performing all special tool and fixture development work in our on-site tool room. Our close customer relationships and extensive expertise in graphite machining allows us to present creative suggestions in design or specific tolerances.
At the same time, product specifications are drawn up on our CAD/CAM system by a skilled engineer, experienced in machining concepts.
A computer generated CNC program for machining the product is input directly to our machines, using an electronic fail-safe system to protect against data corruption.
